HC / ASU Direct Path Program

The ASU Direct Path program is an Angelo State University alternative admission program designed to offer freshmen academic support through a partnership between Howard College (Howard County Junior College District) and Angelo State University. Students will live in a residence hall at ASU while taking courses at Howard College.

Students who have been denied freshman admission to ASU and meet the test score requirements, can apply to Howard College and participate in the Direct Path program. Students in the program will automatically transfer to ASU after they have completed 18 transferable hours at Howard College. ASU provides transfer application fee waivers for all Direct Path participants once they become transfer eligible.

Additional information, a request for application, and contact information for this joint program can be found on the ASU Direct Path page.
